On the menu bar on the left side you will find the title My Parish. If you click on My Parish on the Menu Bar it will open the Main Page also called a landing page this is the first page that is shown when you access St. Mary’s Site. You will notice that the items on the menu bar have a down arrow on the right side of the title this signifies that the Menu will drop-down as you hover over it. This is automatic behavior. When you can hover over the My Parish on the Menu Bar with your mouse device without clicking a Menu will drop-down and show you the following menu items:
Parish Events Calendar
Mass & Confession Times
Parish & Office Hours
Our Parish Location – Map
Contact Us
Our Parish History
Visit St. Michael’s Parish
When you make a selection by clicking on the Menu item then that page will open. Each of these Menu Items does not have a sub-menu and are further discussed below.
When this menu item is selected a Page will open in a Full Calendar View in a different TAB/Window on your browser. This will allow you to keep the Calendar up and still go back to the St. Mary’s TAB/Window. This contains all of the Events happening within our Parish and some Events at St. Michael’s Parish. All Masses for Friday and Sunday at St. Mary’s are here as well. This Calendar has some of the Saint Feast Days and other events such as Bingo.
Any Events that are “Green” in color are normal events without an attachment or photos. However, when you hover over the event it will show a detailed description of that event. Saints are in a Maroon Color since they have a photo attachment and history/life of the saint is also included. When you click on the Saint it will eventually show you a photo and history. Please be aware the loading of the photo and history does take about 30 to 60 seconds to load. ***This will be improved with a new photo update soon***. Any event that is Dark Blue means it has an attachment besides its hover description. When you click on this item it will show you a Flyer or other type of information. If you see a Red color it means these are special events.
When the Calendar Page is loaded it will show the current Month & Year.
Navigation on the Calendar to get to a past event is quick using the following buttons on the Calendar. To the right of the Month and Year there are the following buttons “Today” button [this will always take you back to the current Month and Year]. Then there is the “<<” button [this will take you back one year from the Month and Year you are on]. Then there is the “<” button [this will take you back one month from the Month you are on]. Then there is the “>” button [this will take you forward one month from the Month you are on]. Then the final button “>>” [this will take you forward one year from the Month and Year you are on].
Please be aware the Church Office may delete events in the past usually if over a couple of years. Also, the Church Office will add next year’s events usually around September of the current year. This includes adding Saints and Mass Intentions which are currently on a different calendar but will be merged with the Parish Calendar in the near future.
When selected a Page will open showing you the information associated with Parish Staff Contacts & Office Hours for St. Mary’s Parish.
On this page are two buttons the top button will allow you to Print the Page; when you click this button the Print Dialog will open allowing you to make the appropriate selections for your printer.
The bottom button when clicked will bring you back to the Previous Page (which is the Landing Page).

Please Notice that each field with a Red Asterisk to the left of the Field Name is a “Required Field” and must be completed. Fields without the Red Asterisk is not required.
To fill out this form you will need to select to whom the E-Mail is going to and whom the request is from. The first field is “Send E-Mail To:” This is pre-selected for Church Office as this is normally where all E-Mails are directed to. However, if there is a serious issue with the St. Mary’s Site then you can select to send it to the Web Administrator.
This field is controlled by a Radio Button, meaning you can only select one or the other. The second field is “Request From?” here it is asking if your a Church Member of Visitor. Make sure you make the appropriate choice as incorrect selection here will be ignored and you will be blocked from further E-Mails. As the Form Selections are made the Form will either expand or contract based on the information you select or enter. If your a Church Member and you do not have an E-Mail then just leave it blank and in the “Details” field let us know how to contact you.
If you have any files such as photos or documents you can use the “Browse” button to add up to five file(s) that will be sent along with the E-Mail. Please note that when you make your selection to send files you must wait until they are all uploaded before pressing the “Send To” button. You will know that the files have been uploaded when the “Green” line for each of the files are full. There is also a button to go Back (two Return Arrows) to the previous page (which is the Landing Page).
When selected a seperate TAB/Window will open as a PDF file with the History of St. Mary`s Parish. You can use the PDF Print or Save options for this PDF.
When selected the main Page (Landing Page) for St. Michael’s Site the menu bar and navigation work the same as St. Mary’s, however the menu options on the drop-down menu and their Pages and Forms are specific to St. Michael’s.
